Price match terms and conditions

To be eligible for a price match, the competitor’s quote must include both parts and labour. Quotes that only include the cost of parts, labour, or an estimated starting price will not be accepted.

The competitor’s quote must be valid for a minimum of 10 days from the date it is provided.

The competing business must be located within a 2-mile radius of the Pocket Geek by CrC Repair® store where the repair is being requested. The competitor must also be a verified VAT-registered business.

The competitor’s quote must be provided either by email or as a printed quote on official company letterhead. The quote must clearly show:

• The business name and contact details
• The repair type and part type
• The total price
• The warranty terms
• The date of issue

The repair must be quoted on a like-for-like basis. This includes the same device model, same repair type, and equivalent part quality, such as OEM, genuine, refurbished, or high-quality replacement parts where applicable.

The competitor’s warranty terms must match our warranty terms. This includes a lifetime warranty on mobile phone screen repairs, excluding physical damage, and a 1-year warranty on all other eligible repairs. Our full terms are set out on the warranty page.

We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s quote, business details, VAT registration, warranty terms, part quality, and overall offer validity before agreeing to any price match.

We also reserve the right to refuse to complete the repair under the Price Match offer if we are unable to verify the competitor’s offer or if the quote does not meet the above requirements.

The Price Match offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers unless agreed by CrC Repair® in writing.

CrC Repair® reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Price Match offer at any time without prior notice.
