A note on Apple Silicon MacBooks
On M1, M2, M3 and M4 Macs, the processor, graphics, memory and Neural Engine share a single chip, while storage chips sit directly on the main board. That means RAM and storage can’t be upgraded the way they could on Intel models, and a failed SSD is a logic board job.
The everyday repairs — screens, batteries, keyboards, trackpads, charging ports and physical damage — are still very much achievable. We’ll be upfront about what can and can’t be done before you commit.
