Before we suggest any hardware, we want to understand how you’ll use it. Which games do you play now, and which releases are you waiting for? What resolution and refresh rate is your monitor? Will the PC also handle streaming, editing, 3D work or everyday office tasks? Then the practical side: AMD or Intel, GeForce or Radeon, the space available, RGB or a plain look, and whether anything from your current setup can be reused.
If you arrive with a parts list already worked out, we’ll simply build it properly. If you’re starting from scratch, we’ll explain each choice without jargon. Either way, you leave with a written plan and a total price, and you’re free to take time to decide.

6. The handover
When you collect, we take you through the inside of the PC, explain what each part does and answer your questions. It’s boxed securely for the journey home.

Mass-market gaming towers are engineered to a price. Open one up and the compromises show: a cooler too small for the chip, a PSU with barely any margin, non-standard boards and cases that limit future upgrades, and bloatware on first boot.
