Phone screen repair
The most common phone repair in the country, and the one we’ve refined most. A chipped corner today becomes a spreading web next month, and eventually touch or the display itself gives up — replacing the panel early is almost always the cheaper route. Phone battery replacement
Every battery has a finite number of charge cycles in it, and a handset that limps to mid-afternoon has usually spent them. A new cell is one of the quickest fixes we offer and transforms how an older phone feels — Samsung handsets are fitted with genuine Samsung batteries only. Charging port repair
A socket that only charges when the lead is held just so, or ignores the cable altogether, is telling you something. Often the fix is as simple as clearing compacted lint; where the connector itself has worn, it’s repaired or replaced. Either way the port leaves working properly, with a year’s cover behind it.
Water damage phone repair
Liquid inside a handset starts working on the board straight away, which makes this the one repair where speed truly matters. Switch the phone off, don’t plug it in, and bring it to the closest of our stores — internals are opened, cleaned and assessed before an honest verdict on what’s recoverable. Camera repair
Modern phones are cameras first for a lot of their owners, so smashed lens glass, focus that hunts and never lands, or a front camera that’s simply vanished from the app are faults worth fixing properly. Back glass and housing repair
A shattered rear panel leaves sharp edges in your palm and a gap in the phone’s defences — sealing and stiffness both suffer once the back is broken. New rear glass and replacement housings restore the handset’s structure as well as its looks. One-year warranty.

A phone you can’t hear, or be heard on, is barely a phone. Muffled earpieces, buzzing loudspeakers and microphones that record silence are all component swaps our technicians make routinely, with the audio checked on a live call before hand-back. One-year warranty.

When a handset freezes, restarts itself or turned strange after an update, the hardware is often innocent. Diagnostics come first at every store, so the actual cause is identified before any part is proposed — and software-level fixes are carried out with your data kept intact wherever possible.
