Which iPads do you repair?
All of them — the standard iPad, iPad mini, iPad Air and every iPad Pro, from early generations to the latest M4 models. If you’re not sure which one you own, bring it to Tunstall and we’ll identify it.

Can you fix just the cracked glass on my iPad?
It depends on the model. On older standard iPads the touch glass is separate from the display; on the Air, mini and Pro they’re laminated together, so the whole screen is replaced. We’ll check yours and quote accordingly.

Will iPadOS complain about a non-Apple part?
On some newer iPads, a display or battery not made by Apple can be flagged as unverified in Settings. It’s a note about the manufacturer rather than a sign of poor quality. Genuine Apple Service Pack parts avoid the notice, and we’ll price both options.

My Apple Pencil won’t pair any more — can you help?
Often, yes. On Air and Pro models the Pencil pairs and charges via a magnetic strip on the edge. We test the Pencil, the strip and the digitiser to find which has failed, then explain the fix.

How long does an iPad screen repair take?
Popular models are frequently finished on the day if we hold the part, though laminated screens need time for adhesive to set. We’ll give you a collection time when you drop it off.
